Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of placing the order.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, including opened, used, tested, or unsealed fragrances, essential oils, skincare, body care, and personal care items
  • Final-sale, clearance, promotional, and complimentary items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
